Harlie L. Beagle

Mr. Harlie L. Beagle, 86, long time resident of Atlanta, died Thursday, April 10, 2008.  A native of Natchitoches, LA, he enjoyed travel, genealogy, working on the computer and was a Scout Master.  Mr. Beagle   was preceded in death by his son, Tom Beagle.  He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Dorothy Beagle; son and daughter-in-law,  Mr. Bill and Mrs. Chris Beagle of Snellville; daughter-in-law, Mrs. Pat Beagle of Lilburn; four grandchildren, Anna, Katie, Halley, Dylan; and sister, Mary Elizabeth Beagle.  Funeral services will be held Monday, April 14th at 2:00 P.M. at Oak Grove United Methodist Church, where Mr. Beagle was a long time member.  Rev. Glen Etheridge will officiate.  Interment will follow at the Oak Grove United Methodist Churchyard.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Courtyard Fund at Oak Grove United Methodist Church, 1722 Oak Grove Rd., Decatur, GA  30033.  The family will receive friends from 4:00 to 6:00 P.M. Sunday at A. S. Turner & Sons.
