Harry Allen Spencer, Jr., of McDonough , GA March 7, 2009 . He was born in Norfolk , VA March 7, 1923 to Harry Allen Spencer, Sr. and Annie Florence Duncan Spencer. Mr. Spencer is survived by his wife of 63 years, Inez Spencer; sons, Harry A. Spencer, III, Burney W. Spencer, Michael Shane Spencer, all of McDonough; sisters, Gladys DeMoupied of Rutledge, Janice Skinner of Athens; brother, Gerald Spencer of Lawrenceville; seven grand children; and two great grandchildren. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, March 10th at 2:00 P.M. at Westview Cemetery
