Honor Harper Berry

Honor Berry of Decatur passed away peacefully at Hospice of Atlanta on Friday morning April 10, 2015 at the age of 82. Honor was married for over 60 years to Robert "Bob" Berry, Sr. who passed away in 2011. Together Bob & Honor had 5 children, 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Honor spent much of her life as a top real estate producer, working in the family business, Berry Realty Co., founded in 1932. She began her real estate career in 1973 when she needed extra funds to finish renovating her kitchen and retired only a month ago. Honor is well known in the Atlanta area as an honest and reputable person whose loyalty and devotedness to her clients brought her a lifetime of referrals. Honor is survived by her daughters Christina Berry Schneider of Jacksonville, FL, Cindy Berry of Decatur, Belinda Berry Gordon of Scottsdale, AZ, Holly Berry Cosentino of Stone Mountain, her son Robert Berry, Jr. of Woodstock and her brother William Harper of Atlanta. A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 pm on Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at Clairmont Presbyterian Church, 1994 Clairmont Road in Decatur.
