Isabella Dixon

Isabella Dixon, devoted mother and grandmother, died Thursday, October 25, 2007.  She was born and raised in New Jersey and moved to Atlanta twenty one years ago. She never met a stranger and loved all people. She was a member of Clairmont Presbyterian Church and was active in several church groups.  Isabella was founding member of VIPS, a senior social group at her apartment complex.  She is survived by her daughters, Susie Dixon of Decatur, Barbara Reeves and her husband Jim of Atlanta; granddaughters, Caitlin and Amelia Reeves of Atlanta; and her beloved dog, Sweet Pea.  Funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Sunday, October 28, 2007 in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons with Rev. Frank Arnold officiating.  Interment is private.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice Atlanta, Visiting Nurse Health System (770) 454-0900 or Shallowford Presbyterian Church, Chapel Choir. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Sunday at A. S. Turner & Sons.
