Jack L. Burgess

Mr. Jack L. Burgess, a life long resident of Atlanta, died Friday, April 22, 2005.  Mr. Burgess is survived by his daughter, Cheryl Wellington of Hileigh Acres, FL; sister, Doris Poss of Lawrenceville, GA; brother-in-law, Thomas McBrayer of McDonough, GA; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.  Graveside services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday, April 25th at Crest Lawn Memorial Park with Major Pat Johnson officiating.  In lieu of flowers, those desiring may send contributions to the Salvation Army.  The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Sunday evening at A. S. Turner & Sons.
