Mr. James Murray, 73, of Atlanta, passed away on Monday, June 18, 2012. James was born in Atlanta in 1939 to Richard Allen Murray and Dorothy Nolan. He served in the Signal Corps, U.S. Army and was stationed at headquarters, United States European Command, St. Germain, France. He followed a career in electronics and was an avid photographer. James is proceeded in death by his parents and survived by his great-aunt; Mildred Cimerro, cousins: Lillian Harbin, Betty and her husband Roy Kilgore, and Virginia Jory. He will be missed by family, friends and neighbors. A memorial service will be held on Saturday June 30, at 3:00 PM in the chapel of A.S. Turner & Sons with Rev. Ryan Forbes officiating. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to charity of ones choice. The family will receive friends from 1:00-3:00 on Saturday. A.S. Turner & Sons Funeral Home and Crematory.
