Mr. James Oliver Kirkland of Avondale Estates died Tuesday, April 17, 2007. He is survived by his wife, Christine, four sons; and six grandchildren. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 19th, The Rev. Dr. Wendell Phillips officiating. Burial will follow in Hillandale Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at A. S. Turner & Sons
