Jean Kirkland Watkins
August 24, 1943 — June 22, 2018
Ms. Jean Kirkland Watkins, 74, of Decatur passed away at her residence on Friday June 22, 2018.
A native of Atlanta, she was employed with the City of Atlanta as an employment counselor.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James Osgood Watkins, Sr; and Jean Kirkland Watkins.
She is survived by her twin brother, Dr. James O. Watkins, Jr; and his wife, Mary of Pawleys Island, SC; niece, Anna and Hal Davis; nephew, Jay and Myriam Watkins and great nieces and nephew, Emmie and Griffin Watkins and Ella and Maggie Davis.
Graveside services will be held at 5:00 pm on Sunday June 24th at Decatur Cemetery. A. S. Turner & Sons Funeral Home & Crematory.
