Jennie Margaret Ridenour

Jennie Ray Ridenour, 103, of Cedartown passed away on Friday December 7, 2012. She was born Oct 12, 1909 in Shelby County, AL. She was the daughter of the late Sam and Edna potter Ray. Jennie was a retired accountant for the IRS and also for the North Georgia Methodist Conference. Jennie is survived by her daughters and son in laws, Margaret and Dale Melton, Susan and Robert Rentz; grandson and his wife, Brian and Kami Melton, and great granddaughter, Annora Melton. Jennie was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Fred A. Ridenour; sister, Lena Massey and brothers, Sam Ray and Montee Ray. Graveside services will be held on Sunday December 9th at 3:30 pm at Decatur Cemetery, with Dr. Bill McCoy officiating.
