Jesse Darrell Arthur, 42 of Tucker, passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2014. Jesse was born in Atlanta to James Arthur and Sybel Buice on October 28, 1971. He attended Shamrock High School and met his true love, Rebecca Morris. He enjoyed NASCAR, dirt track racing, softball and being with family and friends. Jesse is survived by his fiancé Rebecca Morris; sons, Jeremy Arthur and Scott Morris; mother Sybel Arthur; and sister Amanda Arthur Phillips. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at 3:00 PM in the chapel of A.S. Turner and Sons with Rev. Calvin Maddox officiating. Interment will follow in Rehoboth Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 4:00 pm-8:00 pm and again on Wednesday from 12:00 noon until the time of the service at A.S. Turner and Sons Funeral Home and Crematory.
