Mr. Joe L. Garrett, age 67, of Decatur died on December 17, 2005. Mr. Garrett was a barber in Atlanta for many years. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 20, at 11:00 am in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons with Rev. Raymond Hicks officiating. Burial will follow at Floral Hills Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:00 am Tuesday morning at A. S. Turner & Sons.
