Jonathan "Short" Parker

Jonathan ‘Short’ Parker, born May 1, 1980 in Thomason, GA, passed April 29, 2022. Jonathan was preceded in death by his father, Stanford Parker Jr., and older brother, Joshua Thomas Morgan. He is survived by his wife, Gail Louise Parker; sons, Joshua "Wyatt" Parker, Kaleb Thomas Gowit, and Jonathan “River” Parker; daughters, Aerial “Gracie” Parker and Ahna Louette Wright; mother, Debra Lou Senn-Bass; and sisters, Susan Parker and Dana Parker.

Jonathan 'Short' Parker was a loving, intelligent, and passionate man. He was outspoken but soft spoken. He formed his own opinions and questioned everything.  He loved deeply and was loved deeply. The depth of his feelings made him a complex individual. A deep sense of sorrow permeates the community following his sudden death. It is impossible to sum up Short Parker up in a few words. If you were lucky enough to know him then you know this.
