Kathleen Jeffrey

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kathleen Jeffrey, a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, who left this world peacefully on October 2, 2025 at the age of 79.

Kathleen was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Mark Jeffrey Sr., with whom she shared a lifetime of love and partnership. Together, they built a strong and loving family that remains her proudest legacy.

She is survived by her two sons, Mark Jeffrey Jr. and Scott Jeffrey, who will forever cherish her support and love. Kathleen's memory also lives on through her daughter-in-law, Kimberly Jeffrey, and her three adored grandchildren, Brendan, Ryan, and Kyra Jeffrey, whose lives she enriched with her kindness and deep devotion to her family.

A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, October 9, 2025 at 12:00pm at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church with Father Robbie Cotta serving as celebrant. Interment will be at Honey Creek Woodlands Natural Burial Grounds in Conyers. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Susan G. Komen for breast cancer.
