Kathy V. Clifford

Kathy Leslie Vereen Clifford of Atlanta, Georgia, passed away on July 9, 2007 in Hospice Atlanta after a 4 year battle with cancer.  Kathy was born on January 14, 1957 in Miami, Florida; the daughter of Nancy L. Mussett Vereen and John R. Vereen.  She graduated with honors from Georgia Institute of Technology in 1979.   She is survived by her husband, Daniel B. Clifford; daughter, Devon Leah Clifford; son, Harrison Bryant Clifford; her two sisters, Shelley Vereen and Carol Vereen; her mother Nancy Clay; and her sister-in-law, Margaret Newton.  Mrs. Clifford's remains will be cremated.   A Memorial service will be held on Friday, July 13, 2007 at 4:00 pm at Callanwolde Fine Arts Center, 980 Briarcliff Rd. Atlanta, GA 30306.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Hospice Atlanta.  A. S. Turner & Sons
