Lucean Briant

Mrs. Lucean Briant, of Atlanta, died Saturday, June 23, 2007.  She was a member of Candler Park Baptist Church and a member of the Missionary Society.  Mrs. Briant retired from C. H. Martin & Company as an office manager. She was predeceased by her husband Milton Briant.  She is survived by sisters, Betty Gunnin and Lottie Brooks; and several nieces and nephews; and great nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, June 26 in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons.  Rev. Fred Plate´ will officiate.  Interment will follow at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery in Ellijay, GA. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 3:00 P.M. Monday at A. S. Turner & Sons.
