January 11, 1939 — March 30, 2016
Martha Connell Bibb died Wednesday, March 30th 2016 after a long battle with cancer. A native of Bainbridge, GA, she was born January 11, 1939. She was predeceased by her husband, Randolph Tracy Bibb after 49 years of marriage. She was a graduate of Bainbridge High School and North Georgia College, where she earned a B.S. in Medical Technology. Martha was employed by Emory University Hospital for over fifty years, where she worked as a Medical Technologist. She was of the Methodist faith.
Graveside Services will be 4:00 PM Saturday, April 2nd at Laurel Hill Cemetery in Thomasville, GA. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Friday, April 1st at A. S. Turner and Sons Funeral Home, 2773 N. Decatur Road, Decatur, GA.
A celebration of Martha's life will be held at later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions should be sent to the Winship Cancer, Atlanta, GA.
