Mary Mcintyre Palmer

Mary McIntyre Palmer, age 78, passed away peacefully Sunday, December 21, 2008 of Alzheimer’s.  She was preceded in death by her sons, Mark Edward Palmer and Howard Alan Palmer.  Mrs. Palmer is survived by her husband of 57 years, Howard H. Palmer; daughters and sons-in-law, Gail and Herschel Hatcher, Myra Palmer and Dave Johnson; 5 grandsons, Chase Curry, Palmer Curry, D.J. Johnson, Ivy Hatcher and Branson Hatcher. A memorial service is planned for Tuesday, December 23, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. at A. S. Turner & Sons Funeral Home, Decatur, GA.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions may be made in her memory to the Atlanta Chapter of The Alzheimer’s Association.
