Mildred Claire Bovaird of Atlanta, died March 2, 2012. Miss Bovaird was a retired manager from Southern Bell, a graduate of Weselyn College where she graduated cum laude, an avid golfer and an active member of Shallowford Presbyterian Church. She is survived by her sister, Charlotte Bennett; one niece; one nephew; several grand nieces; several great grand nieces and a great grand nephew. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, March 8, 2012 at Shallowford Presbyterian Church with Rev.Robbie Carroll officiating. A. S. Turner and Sons Funeral Home and Crematory, Decatur.
