Mildred Wilkerson

Mrs. Mildred Wilkerson of Avondale Estates died October 15, 2005. She was a member of Covington First Church of The Nazarene. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Emery L. Wilkerson and daughter, Bettye Johnstone. She is survived by daughter, Gayle Wilkerson of Avondale Estates, GA; step daughter, Ronnie Ann Crafton; eleven grandchildren; several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, October 19th. Rev. Wayne Rutherford will officiate. Burial will follow in Melwood Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent  to Hospice Atlanta, 1244 Park Vista Drive, Atlanta, GA 30319. The family will receive friends from 1 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at A. S. Turner & Sons.
