Mrs. Miriam D. Minter of Decatur died Saturday, May 4, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred W. Minter and her parents, Benjamin Homer and Elinor Stewart Dupree. Miriam worked for the department of war at the Pentagon during WWII and later worked in the law firm of her husband, Fred W. Minter, Attorney at Law. She is survived; by her daughter, Darlene Minter; son and daughter-in-law, Charles and Cathy Minter; grandchildren, Kassie Weaver and her husband, Eric, Zac Minter and Chance Hylton; and great grandson, Bryce Weaver; brother and sister-in-law, Kenneth and Edna Dupree; sister and brother-in-law, Adrianne and Larry Williams.
