Mr. Whitey Fletcher Mangum, Jr.

Mr. Whiteford F. Mangum of Atlanta died Saturday, July 23, 2005.  He was a veteran of World War II serving in the U.S. Army Air Corp and a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church.  Mr. Mangum is survived by his wife, Eleanor Mangum; sons, Don Mangum, and Stan Mangum, all of Atlanta; grandchildren, Brittany, Kyle, Rachel and Kate.  Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon Monday, July 25th in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons with Rev. Timothy Kay officiating.  Interment Georgia Memorial Park.  In lieu of flowers, those desiring may send contributions to the American Heart Association, 1101 Northchase Pkwy., Marietta, GA  30067.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Monday at A. S. Turner & Sons.
