Mrs. Mildred Smith Leftenant

Mrs. Mildred Brown Leftenant of Decatur died Saturday, August 13, 2005. She was a member of the Excelsior Chapter #63, Order of Eastern Star. Mrs. Leftenant is survived by her husband, Mr. Herbert Leftenant; daughters, Carol Stadelmayer of Decatur, Mildred Floyd of Florida and Joyce King of California; son, Ed Brown of Bayshore, NY; twenty grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug.17th, at Mt. Zion AME Church, Rev. McClellon D. Cox officiating. Burial will follow in Kennedy Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at A. S. Turner & Sons.
