Naomi Seymour Felder

Naomi Seymour Felder, 80, of Lilburn, died November 29, 2012. A native of Lanett, Alabama, Mrs. Felder moved to Atlanta at age 20 to attend Harrison-Draughon Business College with her sister. Shortly thereafter, she applied for a position at the Atlanta Police Department and was hired immediately after the interview. Later she had an opportunity for employment at Lanier Business Products , where she remained a faithful member of that company as head of the payroll department until she retired in 1994. Mrs. Felder is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Teresa and Greg Scoggins of Lilburn; granddaughter, Alexis Scoggins; grandson, Dalton Scoggins; sisters, Ouida Inman of Woodstock and Bernice Alexander of Lanett AL; a life long friend, Betty Freeman; several nieces and nephews. The Funeral service for Mrs. Felder will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, December 1, 2012, in the chapel of A. S. Turner and Sons, with Rev. Ron Cole officiating. Burial will follow at Decatur Cemetery.
