Tricia or Trish to her friends and family passed away on Saturday, November 2, 2013. She was born in Pasay City, Philippines, of U.S. citizens in the U.S. Department of State on October 4, 1956, returning to the states that same year. In recent years, Tricia resided in the Brookhaven area of Atlanta and was self-employed as a pet sitter. Her great love of animals made this a perfect fit for Tricia and the four-legged friends in her care. She had many friends who will miss her friendship, smiles, devotion and energy which she packed into each day. She is survived by her parents, Harold and Carole Rising of Albuquerque, NM and a brother, Stephen Rising of Las Vegas, NV. A memorial service will be held 10:00 am, Wednesday, November 6, 2013 in the chapel of A.S. Turner and Sons in Decatur. The family will receive friends immediately after the service at the funeral home. A.S. Turner and Sons Funeral Home and Crematory.
