Peggy L. Twiggs

Mrs. Peggy Leila Twiggs of Atlanta died Thursday, December 6, 2007 after a short bout with cancer.  We lost a beautiful person.  She is survived by her husband, James Twiggs; son,  Joseph Terry of  Senoia, GA and his family; step daughter, Kelly Harwell; step grandson, Mason Harwell, both of  Pike County; sister, Betty Jo McKew of Moravian Falls, NC and her family; brothers, Samuel Ray Strickland, of Watkinsville, GA, Joseph Carl Strickland of  Conyers, GA; and one special friend.  Funeral services will be held at 12 Noon Saturday, December 8th in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons with Rev. Fredric A Plate officiating.  Interment will follow at Pleasant Hill Baptist Churchyard.  The family will receive friends from 9:00 A. M. to 12 noon Saturday at A. S. Turner & Sons.
