Raymond Edward Nash

Mr. Raymond Edward Nash, 81, of Stone Mountain, GA passed away Sunday, July 6, 2008. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Patricia Wilson Nash; son, Ronald L. Nash of Pace, FL; daughter, Barbara Singley of Decatur, GA; Ronald Edward Nash, grandson - like son - of Stone Mountain, GA; four other cherished grandchildren; eight great- grandchildren; two step-granddaughters and their children; three sisters, Pearl Davis, Evelyn Barclay, Bernice Griffin; two sisters-in-law, June Nash and Sybil Nash; and one brother, Douglas Nash of Lawrenceville, GA.  He was preceded in death by his parents Henry and Leila Nash, and brothers, Jimmy and Billy Nash.  He was a member of Rehoboth Baptist Church, where he was a deacon, a mason in the Tucker Lodge and a Korean War veteran.  He was a builder and retired from Roof Maintenance Systems as Vice President Project Management.  Visitation will be held Monday evening, July 7, 2008 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at A. S. Turner & Sons.  Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 8, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons with Rev. Jack Hudson officiating. Interment will follow at Floral Hills Memory Gardens, Tucker, GA.  A. S. Turner & Sons.
