Mrs. Rita Hicks Hardeman, 65, of Loganville passed away on Friday Oct. 5, 2012. A native of Decatur, she was a homemaker. She is survived by her husband, Michael Hardeman of Loganville; daughters, Laura Kennedy of Lawrenceville and Jessica McDonald of Jefferson; sister, Sally Cox of Scottdale; grandchildren, Kimberly & Kristin Kennedy and Emily McDonald. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday Oct. 7 from the chapel of A.S. Turner & Sons with Rev. John Baker officiating. Interment will be in Floral Hills Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 Saturday at A.S. Turner & Sons Funeral Home and Crematory.
