The family of Robert Craig Henderson is deeply saddened to announce his passing on August 22, 2026. He was the beloved husband of Kathy Reed, and a devoted and adoring father to his daughter Peden Two Elk and son Liam Henderson.

Craig was a graduate of University of Georgia's Franklin College of Arts and Sciences, and Georgia State University College of Law. He spent much of his career as an attorney specializing in Workers Compensation, and more recently as a public defender in Fulton County.

In addition to his immediate family, he is survived by his sister Claudia Billirakis and her husband Nick and their children, his brother Charles Henderson and brother-in-law Pete, his in-laws Scott Reed and wife Delphine and their children, David Reed and wife Lizzie, and many dear friends and beloved cousins.

Craig's family would like to acknowledge that Craig would have written this obituary with much greater flair and a wry sense of humor.

Services will be held on Thursday, August 27, 2026 at A. S. Turner & Sons, 2773 N Decatur Rd, Decatur, GA 30033. 12PM: Visitation, 1PM Memorial Service.
