Robert Hulon Hickman
August 29, 1921 — March 29, 2011
Robert Hulon Hickman, age 89, of Eastman, GA died Tuesday, March 29, 2011. He was a retired Brigadier General in the U. S. Army with 35 years of service. Mr. Hickman is survived by his wife, Vera Keith; son, Robert Hulon Hickman, Jr.; daughter, Jadine Reese; sister, Patricia Hickman; two granddaughters; and brothers, Carl Hickman, and David Hickman. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Friday, April 1, 2011 in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons with Rev. Jimmy Glaze officiating. Interment will follow at Melwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Thursday at A. S. Turner & Sons.
