He is survived by his wife; Jonda Bettie, son; Michael Mushock (Lynne), their children; Patrick and Kevin, son; Ted Mushock,his sons; Payton and Emmett, stepdaughter; Amy Sheppard (Brian), and their children; Skyler and Sydney.
He will be missed by all that knew and loved him.
