Roger Larson
October 13, 1920 — February 9, 2012
Mr. Roger Larson, 91 of Decatur, passed away February 9, 2012. A loving husband, father and "Pappa", he is survived by his wife of 69 years, Ida Larson; son, Bruce Larson of SC; daughter, Janice Whitehead of FL; grandchildren, Marc Brown, Chris Larson, Joseph Larson, Laura Brown and Rabun Larson; and 4 great grandchildren. A graveside service will be held Sunday, February 12th at 2:00 pm at Floral Hills Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association (www.alz.org). The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 4 – 6 PM at A. S. Turner & Sons Funeral Home and Crematory.
