Rosa Baskett

Our beloved Rosa lost her brave and graceful fight with cancer, September 6, 2004, at her residence in nellville.  A long time member of Glen Haven Baptist Church, she retired from Wachovia Bank in 1994.  She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Billy D. Baskett; one son and daughter-in-law, Larry & Renee? of Conyers; daughter, Lynn Lewis of Gainesville; mother, Mary Cogland Chapman of Oxford; and two grandsons, Kenny and Michael of Conyers.  Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 9, 2004 at 2 p.m. from the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons with Revs. Ralph Easterwood and Warren Greene officiating.  Interment will follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory.  The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 8, 2004 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.  Those desiring may send contributions to Glen Haven Baptist Church Building Fund, 345 East Lake Road, McDonough, Ga.  30252.  A.
