Roxanne Capotosto

Roxanne Capotosto, 57, of Decatur died June 28, 2016. A native of Orlando, FL, Mrs. Capotosto was the daughter of the late Bill Smalley and Darlene Schissler Smalley. She was employed as a draftsperson for Golder Associates. Survivors, other than her mother, include her husband Joseph Capotosto and sister, Kim Burge Barron. A. S.
