Mrs. Ruthie Mae Phillips of Scottdale, died Friday, February 11, 2011. She is survived by her daughter, Carolyn Nelms, grandson Randy Nelms and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Monday, February 14, 2011 in the chapel of A.S .Turner and Sons Funeral Home at 2:00 pm, with internment in Melwood Cemetery The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Sunday February 13, 2011 at A.S. Turner and Sons.
