Samuel William Law

Mr. Samuel William ?Sam? Law, of Decatur, died Wednesday, December 27, 2007. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Tanya and Ray Poss; grandson, Scooter Cryder; granddaughter, Bethany Poss; mother, Lousie Law; and aunt, Mildred Thaxton.  Mr. Law was a retired letter carrier with the U. S. Postal Service in Stone Mountain.  He served his country in the U. S. Navy during the war in Vietnam.  Mr. Law was a member of the Snellville American Legion, Stone Mountain V. F. W. and the Atlanta Chapter Vietnam Veterans of America.  Funeral services will be held at 5:00 P.M. Sunday, December 30th in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons with Rev. Tom Mozley officiating.  Sam requested that all attending the service please dress in casual attire.  The family will receive friends from 3:00 to 4:45 P.M. Sunday at A. S. Turner & Sons
