Sandra Chaffin Atkins, 55, of Stone Mountain passed away on Friday June 8, 2012. She is survived by her husband, Jesse Atkins; sons, Klein Ward and David Ward; daughter, Melinda Ward; mother, Margaret Chaffin; sisters, Elaine Chatham and Wanetta Poss; brothers, Bobby Chaffin and Gene Chaffin; grandchildren, Angelina, Trystan and McKenzie Ward. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 pm Friday June 15 in the chapel of A.S. Turner and Sons. The family will receive friends one hour prior at A.S. Turner & Sons Funeral Home and Crematory.
