Sandra Combs Clem, age 76, of Atlanta Georgia passed away at Emory Hospital on the morning of September 6, 2023. Sandra was preceded in death by her husband John Clem. She has two sons, Jay and Patrick.

A memorial service will be held at Decatur Cemetery on October 7th at 4pm.
