Sara Bishop Gusa, age 87 of Lawrenceville, passed away Tuesday, December 13, 2016. Born in Marietta, to the late Albert H. & Nellie Bishop, she worked as a personnel specialist with the V. A. and U. S. Geological Survey. She was predeceased by her husband Robert G. Gusa. Survivors include her daughters; Dale Hernandez and Marcia Brucks, her brothers; George and Charles Bishop, her grandchildren; Holly Melero, Christi and Nicole Hernandez, and Aaron Brucks, several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to the charity of your choice. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 17, 2016 at 12:30 pm at A. S. Turner & Sons Chapel with Rev. Larry Burgess officiating. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 11:30 until service time at A. S. Turner & Sons Funeral Home and Crematory
