Sara W. Bennett

Sara Warneise Bennett, age 89, of Stone Mountain, died on March 20, 2018. She is survived by her son, James Allen Bennett of Fairburn; daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Tom (Dedra) Dyer and her grandson, Luke Dyer of Snellville. Her three sisters: Evelyn Hartsfield of Joneboro, Helen Harrington of Lawrenceville, and Martha Cook of Birmingham as well as several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm on Thursday, March 22, 2018 in the chapel of A.S. Turner & Sons with the Rev. Doug Cox officiating. Family will receive visitors from 12:00-1:00 on Thursday. Interment will be at Resthaven Garden of Memories. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Diabetic Association, American Cancer Society or Harbor Grace Hospice.
