Scott Daniel Schoepke, age 63, of Wausau, Wisconsin, passed away on Thursday, January 1, 2026.

Born on December 9,1962, in Wausau, Wisconsin, Scott was the son of Dan Schoepke and Kay Schoepke.

As a young boy, Scott enjoyed spending time outdoors playing in the snow, having snowball fights, riding his bicycle, and skateboarding. During his school years, he participated in a production media group called "Wizards."

He graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and went on to work for many years as a Transmission Specialist.

Scott was known for his passion for his many hobbies and interests. He loved playing music, especially the guitar, and enjoyed collecting albums and CDs. He was also an avid collector of antique beer signs, Christmas decorations, and vintage clothing. Scott had a talent for creating intricate fireworks displays, which he proudly showcased during holidays. He cultivated roses with great care and won numerous ribbons through his participation in competitions.

If the television was on, Scott was likely watching classic TV shows or college sports. He was a devoted fan of the Georgia Bulldogs, the Green Bay Packers, and the Atlanta Braves. When he needed a break, he found peace in nature through hiking and fishing.
