Shirley Janota

Shirley was born and raised in Chetek, WI and lived in Atlanta, GA. She was preceded in death by mother, Ann and stepmother, Mildred; father, Charles; sister, Sharon; brother, Elroy; stepbrothers, Larry and Tom. She is survived by her children and grandson.

Shirley lived a prolific life as an artist, educator, and engineer. She graduated from Georgia Tech University and served as president of the Georgia Society of Professional Engineers. She enjoyed square dancing and trips to the beach; and brought cheer to every gathering.

Family and friends are invited to join together this fall, at the beach near Destin, FL, as we celebrate her life and spread her ashes.
