Stanley Dennis Frazier, born on March 7, 1936, passed away on September 15, 2025.
Dennis proudly served in the United States Air Force after attending Druid Hills High School. After returning to civilian life, he worked with Eastern Airlines in Atlanta, Georgia. During his career, he served as a union steward and was awarded the Silver Veterans Badge from the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers.
In later years, Dennis continued his lifelong love for airplanes and aviation through building and flying model airplanes. He was a member of the Friendly Flyers Remote Control Club and the Academy of Model Aeronautics.
He is preceded in death by his beloved wife of 59 years, Nancy Robinson Frazier, as well as his parents, J.T. and Margaret Starr Frazier.
Dennis is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Deborah Frazier Tate and Eugene Tate; his son, David Frazier; his brother, William S. Frazier (Jane); and sisters, Marguerite G. Frazier, Joan Frazier Holt (Richard), and Alice Frazier Amisano (Paul). He also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews who loved him dearly.
Visitation for family and friends will be on Thursday, September 19, from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at A.S. Turner & Sons Funeral Home in Decatur, Georgia. Following visitation, a graveside service will be at 12:00 p.m. at Oak Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery, 1722 Oak Grove Road Decatur, GA 30033, where Dennis will be laid to rest beside his beloved Nancy for eternity.
