"Death is that state in which one exists only in the memory of others. Which is why it is not an end. No goodbyes, just good memories."
Star Trek TNG 1.23:(1988)
It is with heavy hearts, that we announce the passing of Terveiya (Vee) Cohens on June 14, 2026, at the age of 45. Vee was a devoted Christian, mother, daughter, sister, and friend.
Vee had a huge imagination, she loved tv shows (Star Trek was one of her earliest, favorite show), movies, books, or anything that allowed her to explore a new world. It was one of her greatest joys to share that love of fictional content with her loved ones. Most days, you could find her chilling on the couch, cuddled up with her kids watching a tv show together.
For Vee, family was everything.
She was the proud and loving mother of four children, who she loved to call her crew. Her remaining crew members are Marcus Mustain, Aviana Mustain, Max Mustain, and Avalyn Mustain, whom she lived her life for and wanted to ensure they never wanted for anything.
She was a loving daughter to Johneita Cohens and Terrence Cohens.
And eldest sister to Keera Cohens and Teriyana Cohens. And a sibling to Stephen, Teresa, Terry Jr., Trurita, Derrick (deceased), Jermaine, and Terrenzi.
Vee was happiest when those she loved were happy.
She was generous, smart, and loved to laugh. And if you were privileged enough to have known Vee, she loved to talk. She could talk about anything. She had boundless knowledge and her hunger to learn new things never faded. She was inquisitive, selfless, and very stubborn. She liked what she liked and that was it for her. Stubborn to the end and she never stopped fighting. Vee wasn't too big on celebrations, but her life deserves to be celebrated, because she truly was one of kind. Our dear Vee, you are loved beyond words and missed beyond measure.
I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. - 2 Timothy 4:7
