Virginia McManus

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Virginia Ann McManus, born on October 16, 1943, in Atlanta, Georgia. She departed this life on October 29, 2025, in Decatur, Georgia, leaving behind a legacy of love and warmth that will forever be cherished by her family and friends.

Virginia, known affectionately as Ann, was a dedicated department head in the insurance industry before her retirement. Her professionalism and commitment to her work reflected her strong character and determination. Ann was a proud high school graduate, and her enthusiasm for education and growth was an inspiration to those around her.

She is survived by her beloved sister, Paula Echols, and her niece, Stephanie Echols, both of whom will hold her memory close to their hearts. Ann's nurturing spirit and genuine kindness touched the lives of many, and she will be profoundly missed by all who were fortunate enough to know her.

A visitation will be held on October 31, 2025, at 4:00 PM to honor and celebrate Ann's life. Friends and family are invited to come together to share memories and support one another during this difficult time. A graveside service will take place at Decatur Cemetery on November 1, 2025, at 1:00 PM, where Ann will be laid to rest at 229 Bell Street, Decatur, GA.
