Viva Florine Clark

Viva Potts Clark, 93, of Decatur passed away on Wednesday May 9, 2012. Mrs. Clark, a homemaker, was preceded in death by her husband, Everett D. Clark and a grandson, Justin Pierce. She is survived by her daughters, Mary Ann Brickner of Suwanee, GA; Judy and Alan Williams of Coconut Creek, FL; Betty and Ted Petrides of Loganville, GA. Also surviving are granddaughter, Jacqueline & Keith Thompson of Acworth and Joey Petrides of Charleston, SC; great-grandchildren Pierce & Claire Kelly and Collin Thompson, and extended family and friends of Briarcliff Oaks. Funeral service will be held in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons at 7:00 pm Saturday, May 12 with Rev. Lisa Derrick officiating. Burial will be at Oak Ridge Memorial Gardens, Oak Ridge, TN at 1:00 pm Monday May 14. In lieu of flowers donation may be sent to Briarcliff United Methodist Church, 4105 Briarcliff Rd.
