Willett Mcclean Rapp

Mr. Willett M. Rapp of Atlanta, residing in the Briarlake area, died Friday, July 16, 2004.  He graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a business degree in marketing.  Mr. Rapp was a World War II veteran serving in the U.S. Army and was proud of being able to serve his country.  He retired from LEM (industrial tape products manufacturer) as a sales manager and was a docent for the Atlanta Zoo.  He is survived by his wife of fifty years, Sallie C. Rapp of Atlanta, GA; sons, Scott Rapp of Decatur, GA, Robin Rapp and his wife Anne of Cartersville, GA; grandchildren, Michael Rapp, Crystal Rapp, Darcie Rapp; and sister, Joan Freeberg.  A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 20th at A. S. Turner & Sons with Dr. J. Hoffman Harris officiating.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at A. S. Turner & Sons.
