William Pope

Mr. William Pope of Thomaston died Thursday, January 21, 2010.  He is survived by his father, Bobby Pope of Duluth; sisters and brothers-in-law, Venitha and Kent Pettus of Duluth, Scherry and Tony Whitaker of Forsyth, GA; brother and sister-in-law, Bobby and Charlotte Pope of Jackson, GA; daughter, Heather Dunn; sons, Michael Pope, Tyler Pope; half sister, Deborah Finch of Illinois; uncle and aunt, Daniel and Brenda Pope of Franklin, GA. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, January 24, 2010 in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons with Rev. Gary Shelton officiating.  Interment Melwood Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. Saturday at A. S. Turner & Sons.
