William Tommy Burdett

William Tommy Burdett, 60, died June 12, 2008, after a lifelong battle with diabetes. He was a lifelong resident of Scottdale and graduated from Avondale High School. He is survived by wife Kathy, son and daughter-in-law Ric and Leisha Burdett, grandsons Matthew and Aidan, brother and sister-in-law Jimmy and Cherry Burdett,

sisters-in-law Carol Martin and Andrea Clement, brother-in-law Johnny Bright, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.  A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, June 14, at Ingleside Presbyterian Church, 1001 Old Snellville Highway, Lawrenceville, GA, where he was a member since childhood.  Visitation for family and friends will be held at the church prior to the service, beginning at 10:00 AM.
